I'm not sure Prince (IG: @blackprince290) the tattoo artist is to blame or if 9Mags owner, Ryan Henry, should be responsible for his artists, but someone needs to be accountable, treat customers/clients time and self with respect and GIVE ME MY $$$ BACK!
