All the guys are great!! Chris and (I forget his name but he does all the 3D printing stuff) are absolutely phenomenal! They always are so friendly and responsive and they just give you the facts. A couple times Chris has walked me through things to fix my own car (easy stuff) but I was in a financially struggling spot and couldn’t afford everything to be done by them… I could honestly go on forever on how these guys have helped me when I owned a shit box Kia. Love them forever and won’t go anywhere else. K bye
We as foreigners were very happy to find such a good repair shop to fix the issue with the fuel pump of our Toyota Land Cruiser. Very professional staff, very clean work and always willing to explore/explain options.
I highly recommend 9 Lives Auto. They willingly fit me in for a quick assessment, quoted me a competitive price and completion date. The work ended up being done a day early, under quote. I think this speaks highly to their character and customer service as a shop.
They were friendly and helpful. Quick service. I would recommend them to anyone I know and will be taking my car back there in the future if needed.
These guys are fantastic. I recommend this shop to everyone I know. They are very kind, and they get the job done well. I drive and older vehicle with a lot of issues and I call them anytime something is wrong and they always fix it fast, and efficient. Wonderful shop!
