Monti, of 9g's wall & foundation, did not follow town code or my engineered building plan for a retainer wall. TO the tune of $50.000. He did not put in proper rebar and my wall fell after 60 days. He would not even come back and look at his shotty work. He convinced my minor son to go into our safe and give him money that was not due while me and my wife were away from the house.
