I know that Pinedale Properties has been trying to make this building better, but the upgrades are purely cosmetic with improvements being made only to the lobby and parts of the outside area. The building is getting dirtier and dirtier. Garbage and cigarettes litter first floor balconies due to occupants throwing garbage from their windows and balconies. Google doesn’t have the negative rating ,if that was the case this building and property management could have score the lowest -10/10 .
Infested with Bangladesh people subletting old rental apartment to students and refugees, and moving to their new homes without notifying management.
