They stopped one of the elevator in friday / weekend. Dont kbow why.
I know that Pinedale Properties has been trying to make this building better, but the upgrades are purely cosmetic with improvements being made only to the lobby and parts of the outside area. The building is getting dirtier and dirtier. Garbage and cigarettes litter first floor balconies due to occupants throwing garbage from their windows and balconies.
