We made a reservation here for our anniversary and completely struck out... it was definitely a low light of an otherwise nice night out in Dublin. It took us 25 minutes just to get a someone's attention and that was after waving them down. We then waited another 25 minutes, with no cocktails ever arriving and no check-ins. I think they just forgot us. We ended up sitting there for almost an hour with nothing to drink but water before we finally just left. A reservation should ensure at least some basic attentive service.
