Sheila gets results. I went from being in pain every day to being able to enjoy life. That in itself is worth all the stars I could possibly give!

I am a former massage therapist and have had multiple therapeutic massages from Sheila, and she really knows her stuff! Not only does she continue to study and learn, she also has intuitive feeling for bodies and applies everything to her work. Boy, she is exceptionally good at finding and then fixing problems. She can also do a LOVELY feel good massage, but when it comes down to working on specific issues, she is genius. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.
