Fell on hard times and made 2 late payments with in 10 days of being late mind you just had to wait till my next check hit and they threw me out. They are expensive and have horrible hours that youre allowed access to your belongings. They leave something left to be desired with their customer service and the dated systems of operations.
they don’t answer the phone. they are closed before they supposed to be. and gate won’t open before their closing time
I originally contacted this place to get a storage unit here As the prices have went up recently on other storage units in town and I previously had a unit here to store my friend’s truck here two years ago. As I went to start filling out paperwork for my new unit She tried to inform me that there was past due fees on my old account and this was a surprise to me.
