Refused to warranty a veterans new used vehicle purchase.
Sold a veteran a vehicle a month ago and it broke down about 150 miles north of them. Stated to the tow company “me” he would cover half the tow bill. He claimed he would split the 950.00 bill with the customer. The customer paid his half and upon getting half way down there we called 8th st auto to get the other payment and the owner Jim got very nasty with my officer manager and then I called him and he was also very rude to me to and refused to pay after he said he would.
