Highly disappointed, my hair color came nowhere close to what was discussed, not to mention the haircut. I have no issue paying over $200 for these services, but I expect to get something much closer to what was discussed. To top it off, I told the girl at the front desk to let the owner know I was displeased.....it's almost a week later and I've heard nothing from them. My business obviously is not important to them. I love this place!! Great Mani/Pedis and you get complimentary espresso, tea, wine or mimosas!! Everyone is very friendly and it's a very relaxing environment.
My nails are beautiful with a ton of bling. . Just how I like them. .
