Communication and follow up great. Tim. who is part owner, was punctual and professional. He was knowledgeable and quick to remedy our plumbing problem. He also provided additional information to help us maintain our plumping needs. Highly recommend 8Th Bend Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
The whole experience with 8th bend was a pleasure. Everyone from Karen at the office to Tim who serviced my hot water tank. I was having an expansion tank issue and the PRV was releasing. He fixed the problem AND stuck around for over an hour to make sure the repair worked. Amazing customer service, can’t recommend them enough.
