I have lived here since April 2024. When I say I’m COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS until my lease ends. $1800 a month for this place??? They’re crazyyyyyy. Lots of pics to show….Let’s get into it. 1. Parking: this place has the worst parking ever. When moving in I received a “resident” sticker for parking inside the gate. Well that’s pointless. There’s not enough inside the gates for residents. Parking here is a literal joke!!!!!!!! I’ve never been more disappointed in a complex. I have been a resident here since June 2024 and, up until the last few months, my experience has been positive. One of the main factors that influenced my decision to choose this complex was the availability of parking. During the tour, I was assured that residents would receive a parking sticker to park inside the gates, and visitors would be required to park outside. I've lived here for 4 months and have had a wonderful experience! My apartment is updated and modern and I love the gym. The lobby/facilities are well taken care of. Office staff is very friendly. Also, the location could not be better.
