Tyler is an amazing agent! He's very personable, always has a great attitude, super informative and always goes above and beyond!
The units are okay despite the floors being laid poorly (if you spill anything or mop, the water seeps through the cracks of the tile and bubbles up as you walk across it). The washer and dryer also didn’t work when we moved in nor the oven. There are many many large breeds of dogs so be aware of that and the owners don’t clean up after them. If only Google allowed 0 stars! My experience with this property is really one of those 'Ignore the man behind the curtain' situations. The apartment I viewed is miles away from what I received! I had high expectations for this property and expected a much more elevated experience to match their elevated prices. Trust me when I say it feels like this property went from all good, to mostly ghetto overnight! Don't go for that whole 'your apartment will have the same layout' line.
