The apartment is nice, but management is horrendous - probably the worst I have ever experienced. They have charged me double rent multiple times and continued billing me for rent for many months after moving out (keys were turned in and the staff inspected the place, so they knew I left). I have to call dozens of times to finally get someone on the phone to try to resolve this as well. Stay far away.
Update after moving out: This apartment management is a joke. Seriously save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I signed a 10 month lease which ended June 30,2025. And yet they charged me rent for July! When I called and asked them to refund it, they acted like I was inconveniencing them and said I should have “turned off autopay”. Why would I have turned it off when the lease was over?? I removed my card from the account after that, but they have now charged me for July and August and an eviction fee despite the fact ... read more
I have loved living with 8th and Berry! I love all the amenities, the maintenance is friendly and responsive, and the office staff are so kind! Tyler in the office has been my go-to when I need help with something - he has been so helpful when there were technical difficulties with my account, when a package was put in the wrong locker, or when I’ve had any question or concerns about my apartment! I’m glad I chose 8th and Berry!
