Honestly, forget the reviews and come experience the place for yourself! I’ve had a really good experience so far. The front desk staff is AMAZING and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Maddie and Nakayah are seriously the best hands down! Even the regional manager, Hiler, stepped in to help with my situation and personally reassured me that everything was okay. That honestly meant a lot. We haven't even moved in yet and our experience has been wonderful. Jenny has been our agent and has been so prompt and has been great to communicate with us. All of our questions have been answered and so far all needs have been met! I have no doubt that they will continue to deliver. If you are apartment hunting in Nashville, this is the place to stop! My husband and I are both going to be 10 minutes from work and we cannot wait!
If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is new, but you’d never know it. They do not upkeep or do routine maintenance. I’ve been trying to get them to pressure wash my breezeway for forever. The office staff is pretty unresponsive. Every time I go to the office no one‘s there and they never answer my calls. It’s hard to get anything you need done.
