Dave was great and knows his stuff. He called me back reasonably quickly and had the fix.
I cannot brag enough about the customer service I received from 8Streme. Upon reaching out to their number, I left a voicemail about my pool cleaner that quit working. Needless to say, I didn’t really expect a call back. I not only got a call back but within a couple hours. Dave, the representative, was so helpful and nice and said it could be the battery. I acquired a pool vacuum from my local pool supply store, and after approximately a year and a half of use, I began experiencing issues with it. When I reached out to customer service, they promptly arranged for a replacement cleaner. Now, two months past the warranty period, the vacuum connectors have sustained damage due to normal wear and tear. Fantastic company!!! Had everything I needed and shipped to my door in 3 days. My robot needed some upgrades. Put new rollers and a pump on. About 45 minutes to do. This will be my pool store!! Every email was answered and every question answered! Thank you everyone that help and a big shout out to Claire!!!!! She was awesome!!
These guys are amazing. They honored the warranty no ?s asked and sent a new cleaner out to me pronto. It worked one time when i first got it. To my surprise when going to clean pool for rhe season its not moving. What do you ,know they are sending Me another. Can't say enough about this company and their service. Dave was so kind. Thank you so much. Comforting to run across a company and people with high standards these days.
