These guys are amazing. They honored the warranty no ?s asked and sent a new cleaner out to me pronto. It worked one time when i first got it. To my surprise when going to clean pool for rhe season its not moving. What do you ,know they are sending Me another. Can't say enough about this company and their service. Dave was so kind. Thank you so much. Comforting to run across a company and people with high standards these days.

Cleaner worked great. I had an issue with a part not working anymore; I called, left a voicemail, and got a call back with shipping information for my new part the same day. Happy I could do this instead of needing to buy a whole new cleaner.
I’ve had my cleaner for years with hardly any issues. The one time I did need help I called 8streme and I heard back from them fast. They helped quickly and efficiently
