I can’t say enough about the level of customer service I’ve received from 8Streme. My pool vacuum developed an issue just outside of the warranty period, and rather than simply telling me the warranty had expired, they went above and beyond to help. Davon, on their support team has been incredibly responsive through both email and text. They allowed me to send the vacuum in for service and replaced both the defective motor and the power supply box unit at no charge. I experienced some issues related to the motor on my XL600 Pool Cleaner. Dave was responsive and provided a workable solution that not only addressed the issue but sent a new motor for replacement. His attention to detail was not only welcomed but reinforced my decision to purchase such a great product from an outstanding company.

I can not say enough about Sean and Dave, the two tech support and warranty support guys. Their customer service has exceeded my expectation. I had an issue with my pool cleaner last year and after a short troubleshooting they sent me the part I needed to rectify my issue. I have contacted them again with another issue and with no hesitation they arranged the parts transfer and they even nice enough to cover the return shipping.
