By far one of the worst IT/Help Desk Companies I have ever dealt with! They are so pathetic that one of their current employee (Oscar Martinez) had to make a fake review in order to raise their ratings. They are also known for charging ridiculousy high prices at about 180/hr. What should of taken them 30 minutes to trouble shoot on site, they purposely milked it and charged me 90 minutes! I am glad I found a more professional and affordable company than them.
By far the worst experience I've ever had! Really rude as well, I had to constantly reach out to them to see the status on my ticket. I waited over a week to have an issue resolved with my printer but instead I ended up looking up a video on Youtube and end fixed it myself. However, they still charged me for a service they never did!
