I’ve approached Charles recently for advice on my property balcony issue that wasn’t built by 8con, Charles was extremely knowledgeable on the matter and provided many valuable advices. Real Review - If I could give a zero rating, I would. I strongly advise against buying a house from them. I bought my house from them, and it has been leaking for three years. Can you imagine how frustrating it is to deal with this? They keep promising to come and fix it but always come up with excuses not to show up, which is completely unprofessional. I'm very lucky to find Charles from 8CON to do the house renovation. His team is very responsible and reliable. They do great work at a reasonable price.
Lets just say I am very fortunate to have gotten a place built by them. Best part, they have a proper system for you to lodge any defects and their responsiveness is just amazing. If only I had a piece of land for them to build on... :)
My house was not built by 8CON and is around 15 years old. I had a water leak from a bathroom upstairs and the team quickly and effectively identified the point in the bathroom where the leak was occurring. I'm very happy with the team's help to resolve the issue.
