Called out for motor not working. 4.mins onsite told $1100 replacement motor. Charged $115.00, $1800 an hour door working 5mins after tech left contact office no follow up No offer of service on door or refund 🙄😟
Serviceman called out check door operation of 2 doors. Without even lifting a screwdriver or lubricant said both motors were stuffed and required completely new system of better quality (mine were avanti) Disappointed by the cost of 2 new complete door openers, I you tubed how to service doors ( mainly clean and lubricate) Doors both work as new now! Would have appreciated if the serviceman actually tried to service the doors first before trying to up sell me $2000 worth of new door openers!

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY! The receptionist and Workman who came to do our job were completely rude and arrogant. They went to the wrong address in our set of apartments, then got an abusive phone call saying, this was unorganised and they are not waiting any longer... Their was infact someone home and my wife was 2mins around the corner but the workman was not willing to wait or try a little harder to find the unit which google maps clearly indicates it's precise location.
