Have been a customer for about a month and have had a very good experience so far. Ryan has been great. He responds (even on his days off) quickly. This is our first time ordering from a liquidation site, and with any new process there are growing pains but honestly it’s been smooth so far! It’s easy to navigate the site (even if it seems overwhelming at first). Hope to continue building the relationship.
First few orders with this company were fine. Once I placed a bigger order everything became an issue. Received an order with potentially damaged products. Tried to return because I'm not going to risk it, and my account ends up getting locked out of. Only returns call and emails when it's convenient for them. Very unprofessional and fustrating to deal with.
