I can't give any higher than a one because they refused to even see me. I attempted to call and make an appointment and was hung up on every time.

I booked my son for a 5:30 appointment with someone named manny. I called at 10:30 let them know I had this appointment and asked if he works with kids because my son is 2. The guy who answered was laughing and said yes manny works with kids well. I said okay well I’ll be there with my son after work. They said okay. I called when I was on the way to let them know I was on the way. Garbage, was told the wait was 30 minutes and then waited for over an hour while the barbers looked through the windows for over 15 minutes for expected appointments to avoid picking up any walk in clients. Haircuts are already over priced at 30$ and cash only. Not going to sit and be ignored because of my skin color and pay way to much for a simple fade. Ridiculous for a small town.
