Ever since I have arrived? I've been trying to call the front desk. I was greeted by a girl that was pregnant , who was nasty , seem like she didn't want to be there. She wasn't happy to help me, at all. I Got to my room, the batteries didn't work for TV. I was exhausted from moving all day. I just wanted to watch some good shows and have a good night's sleep. I stayed at this hotel after being stranded in West Palm Beach because of a blizzard in NY, and needed a room quite urgently. The staff was very nice and friendly, also accommodating. The room was for the most part, very clean, BUT the only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I found a concealed bag containing needles and drugs on the bathroom lamp. I know it's not the Hotel's fault what people leave on the rooms, but I would assume that it would've been found by the housekeepers after the room was vacated by whomever ... read more
Horrible place smells like mildew smells like bug spray cockroaches running on the countertop in the rooms. Windows are filthy, this place was nothing like the photos nothing very rundown, smelly and unprofessional people.
I am fully traumatized after staying here!!! Ash burns on sheets, we pulled the sheets, it looked like a murder Happened on the mattress! Multiple hair types and colors in the shower along with dirty hand smudges 🤢 The floors were disgusting, The bathrooms were disgusting, the beds were disgusting, the entire hotel smelled like marijuana! Do not stay here if you have young children and don’t want them to inhale marijuana smoke so disappointed the pictures in no way shape or form match the reality. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!
Who ever be at the front desk taking the calls is sorry & shouldn't be working there. Very unprofessional and lousy 💯
