This hotel was a complete dump! When we were checking in there were people there leaving because of the conditions. We had no choice but to stay there as there were no vacancies elsewhere. The first floor was completely insecure as both doors at the end of each wing were smashed out and taped off "because of the wind". Anyone at all could walk right in through the tape. We went up to our floor and there were fans set up in the hallway, one of which was huge, noisy, and filthy, the entire hall wreaked of mold. Entered out roo... read more

Forget the fact that the hotel is completely run down (there was literally a woman crying her eyes out in the lobby when I checked in—that should’ve been my first clue). I checked in around 1 a.m. and was given a room with no working air conditioning. After staying in the room for 10–20 minutes, I informed the front desk. Instead of offering another room ( since apparently everything was booked), they told me they couldn’t accommodate me but would issue a refund. Its so bad. Maybe one the worst I've ever stayed at. Do your self a favor and move on to another hotel. The low price doesn't make up for how terrible this place is. *** As I read your canned response to mine and all other terrible reviews, I have to wonder if you even get it. We did speak to everybody we could speak to but the hotel was so bad there was nothing snyone could do to help. I would list all the horrible experiences we ran into because of your facility but I'd rather just say it's the worst place I've ever stayed... read more
