Expensive shoes and a scarf were stolen from the room. Very rude service from the hotel when trying to resolve the issue. No compensation offered at all. Tiny bugs were found in the room as well. — Edit* This is most definitely a real account of a stay at this place. Imagine owning a motel where your employees look through guests packed suitcases and steal from them while they are out touring the area, and then telling your customers that they should never have lost their belongings or left them in the room. This place should 100% be labeled as a motel and charge maximum $25 per night. Definitely not a hotel in the slightest imo. Theft is rampant and uncleanliness is the norm, speaking from my own experience and from now going through these reviews as well. I should’ve read the google reviews instead of TripAdvisor…- Edit upon receiving a response* There’s a difference between LOST and STOLEN. I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS !!!!!! I got this through booking.com. For $10 i could havve gotten a clean normal hotel. This is disgusting. I called to get a lightbulb , and a remote for teh tv did not work. She said i had to come down to get another key for another room. I came down, she gave me a key on the 4th floor so i had to go to the 4th floor, return the key on the 1st and go all the way back up to my room on the 5th floor. I stayed at this hotel this weekend, The front desk clerk that work the evening shift was rude and disrespectful, you ask for towels and she only want to give you one for a family of 3, when you question why you cant have more she want to call the police on you as she did with another guest for other reasons but overall the rooms was clean

Very bad hotel not recommend at night no staff o. Duty I been waiting form 2 am till 5 am and no body came back o. Duty I don't know what happened and they are said non refundable but not my fault it is Hotel how they were trained staff very bad service that I never seen before horrible !!
