The establishment is pretty much like any other massage place in Flushing, just a bit more run-down than others I've been to, but that wasn't really a problem for me. The customer service, however, was absolutely horrible, and I wish I had used my ClassPass credits somewhere else. I was running about 5–7 minutes late, so I called to let them know. I've been here many times because the prices are very affordable, customer service is great, the workers are courteous and experienced at their job. I do however have one major issue with this establishment that I can't over look. A full body massage is $40 and I usually tip about $10-$12 dollars which is between a 25%-30% tip. In my opinion that is a wonderful tip for a $40 massage. The owner for whatever reason always tells me to tip $15 which I don't appreciate. The service no good.. they call someone from outside to comes because not enough people and so bad therapists she playing phone when she massage my foot.. when i looking her, she likes ignore me still playing the phone.. i can a prove with the photo but i to lazy to took her photo on my phone.. so bad the service..
