Takes forever to get in. When you do get in for an appointment they tell you oh you should have just did this instead of waiting a month or more to be seen for a non life threatening medical issue, however still a life debilitating condition. So..Why didn't you tell me to "should have done this" when I was making the appointment?

Try to go off base urgent care for sick call. You'll be here sneezing and coughing for hours waiting to be seen for quarters.

Care is abysmal at best. Wait weeks for a portal response followed by weeks for an appointment. Forcing dependents to utilize local ERs who push them out (reasonably so) back to 87th - and the cycle persists. I have chronic health needs and i’m not permitted to utilize the walk in clinic, but most recently i’m going to wait over 7+ weeks to be seen for chest pain, pressure and dizziness. If I could give zero stars, I would. At this point, it’s obvious they don’t care about their reviews because they clearly don’t care about their patients. Don’t even bother calling to make an appointment with your PCM, because there’s a good chance you’ll never actually get to see them. The people answering the appointment line are extremely unprofessional and have been incredibly frustrating to deal with.
