Horrible customer service. I have been waiting for weeks for a simple administrative change switching an already issued prescription from the on-site pharmacy to Express Scripts so it can be mailed to my deployment location. This request should take minutes and should not require an appointment, yet I am repeatedly told a nurse needs to call me. I have never received any such calls. Can’t get a hold of anyone to schedule appointment. Kind of crazy.
Went for the first time in Early sept for Flu vaccine and registered. Went early December for a meeting with a benefits counselor in reference to a bill received from BLOOD TEST TAKEN IN late October as a result from switching to a new carrie Hummana/ trcare for life. No beneficial help was received.
