Takes forever to get in. When you do get in for an appointment they tell you oh you should have just did this instead of waiting a month or more to be seen. Why didn't you tell me to "should have done this" when I was making them appointment?
If you're active duty military then it's for you. Hit or miss when it comes to scheduling an appointment.
A good clinic but.....trying to even call in to the appointment line is a hassle. It can take multiple tries waiting over 10-15 minutes without getting answered. I seems the front desks are either understaffed or ignoring the telephones on a regular basis. I am not sure that this clinic is staffed for anything other than Active Duty Air Force. Departments are completely compartmentalized. Primary care worked well. Labs was super easy. IMMs and behavioral health set up a wall of policy and E2s that don't respect patients or rank to turn away care. They prioritize air force, make it harder for active army and are a disaster for reservists. Mental health specifically has set up so many barriers to care, it's not even worth going in.
