This place has multiple negative reviews for a reason. My husband and myself leased a unit from Don Snyder on the first of October 2025. I physically signed the lease paperwork at his desk, and took photos for my own record. On the 9th of October, he called my husband and accused us of dumping belongings at a different unit as abandoned rubbish. He denied that we had signed a lease with him. When he took over in 2022, I communicated with him once. I paid him with a check that he lost. He refused to communicate with me about that debt. I sent the next payment due in June. He never cashed it. I contacted him and he said he had disposed of my stuff. However, without a contract, or any of the legal notifications that are required, he got rid of my stuff illegally. Now he refuses to talk to me. I have no idea where my items went. I lost a homemade cedar chest that my uncle made me. I lost everything that my grandmoth... read more

I have never wrote a review, but after reading similar stories about 87 Storage I decided to do so, because today I had to tell my daughter the antique bedroom set, that was to go to her, that I held at this storage facility, was stolen. Stolen by the owner. A few months ago she asked about it, as she was doing a remodel job and soon after we discovered the lock we put on was off the unit.
