Good people and good environment, we take our son here for basketball training with Johnny Adger Jr.
This Gym is all about training and getting your work done. The Owners are great folks, the Trainers are exceptional. This facility should be the national example of what a Gym and Training Facility is supposed to be. Our Trainer, Shawn Mayes, has improved and changed our lives with excellent workouts that keep us challenged. We love the place!
