Customer service was really slow and there was an available worker who saw us and walked to the back, making us wait 5 whole minutes when the store was slow and there was only two people in line behind us. That same worker who ignored us had made our drinks and they weren’t the same quality as normal; He made my drink very watered down/ had rinsed my cup because he put the wrong liquid in at first. Cross contamination is serious and as someone with many food allergies, i don’t take this lightly.
