Very disappointing customer service experience One staff member was unnecessarily rude despite another employee giving her instructions for my order twice. When I walked up to politely remind her—while holding my child and other stuff (note - this was after waiting for sometime, while the staff was helping customers who came after me) —she responded dismissively. Criminally underrated bakery. Their baked items & coffee is just so good. Pastries are geniunely very good, balanced sweetness. Price wise is amazing too
