At first, I couldn’t locate the parking space quickly, as the parking facility was very large, and I have recently moved to this city. After much difficulty, I finally found my car, causing a ten-minute delay. Unfortunately, I was fined despite my efforts to extend the parking time and arrive on time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived late, and despite providing an explanation, I still received a notice.

PSA: IF YOU WANT TO PARK, PARK AT THE CASINO ACROSS THE STREET FOR ONLY $10! Price gouging parking rates at $25 per day, used to be $14. Highly unethical building management and parking company.
I used to park here despite the $15 per day (but downtown Vancouver, right?) since I work in the area, but recently they've been experimenting with some pretty predatory surge pricing - on a seemingly random tuesday or thursday, the cost of parking for the day goes from $15 to $25 and you don't find out until you're at the pay station, with your car already parked. We attended a citizenship ceremony at CIC and parked here with our car and our senior parents car and were charged a full day rate $25, no other hourly options were available on the meter. $50 for 2 cars to park for 90 minutes. DISGUSTING! GOUGING! SCAM! SHAME!
