Horrendous! The vehicle that arrived for my brother's wedding was a joke. It was old, falling apart, upholstered in blue leather, with a clear floor and rusted exterior. It smelled of vomit and heavily of smoke. We had to refuse and with no other we all drove ourselves to the wedding (including the bride). They still charged us in full and refused to refund. The owner was a total sleeze.
Email inquiries answered promptly and courteously. Sometimes I felt like a bother with all my questions, but was never made to feel this way. Truly exceptional service and I have traveled a lot. Service always courteous. Prompt service and very reliable. Extremely nice people.
