They are very friendly and have the best quality cars!
I had put down a deposit of $500 on a car I wanted to come and see in person. After speaking with Brooke I was told if I didn't like the car I could get my deposit back. The car was really nice and maintained maintenance. I just was not ready to start a contract to finance the car. Once I asked for my deposit she changed the whole story and told me I couldn't have it back and she and her other associate were trying to pressure me into buying the car by using my $500 as leverage. Being that they only have 4 cars in the parking lot shows that they will go to great lengths just to get money and have more variety. Brooke recanted her statement and then blamed the CUSTOMER when she knew she said it. But to blatantly lie in someone's face as if they did not have the conversation with you was ridiculous. If someone's credit history makes you have to jump through hoops to get them approved then just deny it and wait for a better candidate instead of lying your way through sales and trying to be professional... read more
