85°C Bakery Cafe is hands down one of my favorite coffee and dessert spots! I live in Oxnard, and I will seriously find any excuse to drive all the way to Simi Valley just for their Vietnamese iced coffee. It is absolutely unmatched, and I only wish they would open a location closer to me so I didn't have to make the 40 minute drive every time I'm craving it. Their pastry selection is incredible. The service in this Simi Valley location has gone from decent to worst. Looks like their staff are unhappy with their company and quit in record numbers. There is only ONE cashier working in the whole store even on a weekends. Hope their Taiwanese management is aware of their service issue. They must be treating their employees badly. Their only solution, close down the store.
