I come to this 85°C in Simi Valley pretty often, and overall it’s always a solid experience. The place is clean every time I walk in, including the restrooms, which are easy to access and actually kept up well. The staff is always in a good mood and that makes a difference, you can feel it as soon as you walk in. Everything I’ve tried here has been on point, and the drinks are consistent too. Such cheap, high quality desserts! Also nice coffee.
We brought three items in total, the cashier ( a young female) added one more item ( maple danish $3.95) charge on our credit card. She was hesitated giving us the receipt. We didn’t notice it till getting back home. Be sure to check the receipt before leaving store! Thanks for you response. We did go to this link and filled the form there when we found out.
