Huge disappointment at 85°C. The birthday cake was subpar, and the pork floss bun was an absolute disaster—the worst Asian pork floss bun I’ve ever tasted in the US. A real pork floss bun needs the signature sauce, but this was just a lump of lifeless, heavy dough with pork floss slapped on it. It’s completely careless baking.
