I was so excited when I discovered this Taiwanese bakery. This is definitely my favorite bakery in the city! They bake all their items fresh daily. There are so many delicious items to choose from- breads and pastries- sweet or savory. Their drinks are amazing as well! At times, they are busy but the line always moves quickly. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

I've been here several times, I picked up some items yesterday and was disappointed. They are either cutting back on the quality or getting sloppy with the ingredients and topping. One cashier who wasn't very polite and lacked experience. Very disappointed.

I haven’t ordered from this location yet and planning to update my review after my first visit. I’ve always gone to the Austin location when living in Austin so my expectations for this place are high. It needs to either match Austin’s quality or go beyond. I expect to see fellow Asians working there, as well. We Asians want authenticity. I was disappointed to read poor reviews right now. First, the pastries and drinks are really good. I will go back just for that. But, the downside is that the prices seems to be going up, and the last time there, it took about 25 mins to check out, the line went very slowly. Over by the drinks, the employees were chatting it up, which didn't appear very professional. And then the tables and floors needed a good cleaning. Please clean up your space and ensure employees stay professional.
