Terrible customer service and a huge disappointment. We preordered a red velvet cake well in advance for a birthday. When we arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the cashier told us it was “sold out,” took my receipt, and shrugged like there was nothing to do. No explanation, no effort to actually make it right, and no urgency. Cannot go wrong here. Delicious baked goods, made fresh daily, and delicious coffee and tea for super fair prices. Always a banger, highly recommend and will always be one of my favorite bakery/café establishments in the Salt Lake area.
A bakery Cafe that offers a wide variety of sweet treats, custards, rolls, breading; you name it. An inviting atmosphere with overhead track lights. The bakery cafe is spotless, the counter, windows, tile floors are clean. Prompt and fast cash register service. Tables and chairs were clean to the touch. A cozy, comfortable-welcoming setting.
