This location is much cleaner and not as crowded compared to Arden mall’s. They offered the same speciality bread, cake, boba, coffee, sparkling drinks.
I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff member was noticeably unfriendly throughout the entire checkout process. After I completed my purchase and politely said “thank you,” she turned away without any acknowledgment and immediately began conversing with another employee. While the bread is undeniably delicious, the overall customer service left much to be desired.
