I made a to go order via the website, I usually go to the pick up area and I was just standing there waiting to be helped although there was a young tall lady right in front of me and wouldn’t make eye contact to help me, I ended up asking her if this is where I pick up my online order after 5 minutes of me standing there with nobody infront of me and she said “name” very rudely and when it was ready she just said yelled “pick-up” though she knew my name since she asked my name.
