Second day of their soft launch. Place was packed. Everything was very reasonably priced. Like many asian baked goods, things were on the very sweet side, but that may just be me cause I prefer savory. Still, everything we got was very good. The standouts for me were the jalapeño cream cheese bread, ravioli bun, chocolate mousse, and egg tarts. They did not skimp on the fillings for anything as many places do. Great bakery! Had the Guava strudel and milk bun and both fresh, hot and inexpensive. Definitely recommend!
I ordered egg tarts that were $4.05 and at first I gave the cashier $5. Then I found 5 cents in my wallet and took it out and gave her but apparently she had the change ready. I said sorry and gave her the five cents hoping she would give me a dollar back. But no, she gave me the most nasty look and gave 64 cents. At first I thought she gave me a dollar in cents which was ok, but later I counted it and it was 64 cents. She was missing 36 cents. I hope she would get fired for this poor customer service.
Place looks brand new, and even their cakes, pastries, and their drinks are the great 1s out there you’ll find in Downtown Flushing, NY Rating: 100/100
