They seem to be having staffing issues. Lines can be really long, and there is often only one person at the cash register. Have also been having issues with them getting drink orders wrong. They just screwed up 2 of 3 drinks my family ordered today (toppings all wrong). When I highlighted it to the staff they ended up losing us 1/3 the volume of the drink. Their fix was to rip open the drinks and spoon over the contents over to a new cup. They couldn’t be bothered to just make the drink right.
I loveee this place! I am so glad I went inside. The prices are really good too , like 2-3$ which is so rare nowadays, especially with the quality!
*change review to 5 starts because they did adjust the closing time to 7-8pm daily! Which is great so we can grab a bread and drink after work! If they open till 10pm then we can hangout there with friends and family! It will be a great hangout spot for young adults. Can you guys adjust the store hrs, there’s no way must of us can come support you guys during the weekdays, y’all close at 6pm and Paris baguette close at 10pm, you lose customers.
