This location is usually busy whenever we visit, which speaks to how popular it is. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. My only concern is that the internet seems to go down fairly often. We've experienced it several times over the past few months. Other than that, the overall experience has been very positive.
Updated review: lower the rating because they refused to honor the app coupon, saying it's a system issue, while my coupon expires today. Not the staff's fault of course, but 85 degrees should have a better/more flexible system. === I could see improvement after the first weeks of opening.
