Beyond cold in this place and while you wait almost 20 min for one cup of coffee is insane. Turn the air down and get a faster moving system for the coffee side. Employees seemed ok so I can rate them but so far those are my intl complaints
I had a great experience at 85°C Bakery! This bakery offers a wide variety of breads, birthday cakes, and drinks like coffee and tea. The ingredients taste premium, and the prices are quite affordable for the quality you get. I visited once and bought three different breads, both savory and sweet. The more I come here the more I disappoint. Their service going downhill. Check out super slow. Bread and drink taste good and they are cheap but the whole experience is not good.
Every time I go to 99 ranch I will visit 85C bakery. But this time I am so disappointed. It was my daughter’s birthday so I bought a strawberry tiramisu. But when we open the box we saw a bug. My daughter already ate some of the cake. I don’t need refund or another cake. This is so disgusting. This store has worse customer service too.
