I have called multiple times over the last 2 weeks and not once has the phone been answered. I am calling to check on RV storage prices but can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

The facility was nice and the storage was secure. There were cameras and several gates to keep my personal belongings safe, which is appreciated. The customer service was great with the gentleman, as he was always available every time I had an issue with the gate not opening. With that being said, I have gotten out of my agreement early due to the malfunctioning gates. I have tried them several times and they do not open on their own. I rated 1 star solely for the purpose of malfunctioning equipment.
They made the process for storing our camper so easy! They were very kind and I get very comfortable leaving our camper there with the cameras and two gates. Highly recommend
these people were awesome to work with..made my storage issues very easy! definitely will use again if needed
