Want to give a shout out to Ryan!! There was a vendor issue with our special order, and he kept us updated throughout the entire process. His determination as our spokesperson was instrumental in our receiving the correct final product.
These guys are the best! I went in and spoke with Jason about the project I wanted to tackle, and he didn’t make me feel like a dumb chick for wanting to do it myself and not knowing how to go about it. He was very gracious and informative, drew up a great sketch for me, we adjusted, and he has been a great building supply resource. All the guys are incredibly professional and kind- sales, drivers, loaders- all great! Best building and lumber supplier in the Danville area!
Ordered 70 deck boards to replace all the old boards Only needed 65 for the job but ordered extra because of past experience having lumber picked and delivered from big box hardware. Long story short....I used 65 boards and have 5 left over that were as perfect as the rest (have use for them elsewhere)! Travis and the rest of the team there were fantastic. I've got plenty of projects left to do here on the farm.....I know who I'll be calling!
