Very helpful staff and good choice of timber.
Called the store... spoke with Brian.. he told ne he would get back to me on a price for cedar shakes for a repair job.. job is in-between 7-8 squares... not a hugh job but could be profitable for them.. I gave name contact info....... and as you can see from the 1 star rating I got nothing after 2 days of waiting... Oh well.... I guess that is the reason why they have closed locations in Oswego, Baldwinsville, Auburn, Owego... Watertown...etc..
You're better off hand picking dimensional lumber at one of the nearby home centers. The last delivery from this place was 40% waste due to excessive wane, bowed, warped and mold.
