10/10 their service is top notch! I walked in out of the blue needing a liferaft for a catamaran that I was delivering. While they didn't have any in stock at that time, they did look at the shipping manifest to see that they did have one that was going to fit my needs. On top of that they offered to have a driver take it over a hour away to where the boat was. The battery in my PLB was expired. It was slightly challenging finding somebody willing and qualified to change it. On Google, I found Inflatable Services. Ashleigh answered my call and quickly said “yes, we do it.” She sent me an email with the mailing instructions and estimated cost. I mailed it off and, in about a week, I had it back. Reasonably priced, quick, and professional. Excellent service. You can ask for more!

They lost my static line and all the attachments for it. I saw one in there office that looked identical to what we had. They claimed it wasn't mine. Smh
