I don’t understand all the negative reviews . I dealt directly with Sam who was a complete professional. I had an accident on Dec 20 and within two hours they came to pick up my car and took me to Enterprise Car Rental. I spoke to Sam once a week for status and he always took my calls and if he wasn’t available always called back. Within this new world we live in and supply chain. Our 2016 Rogue was towed by Route 27 to their shop due to much damage to our car. They repaired the car in a timely manner and with professionalism. When they delivered the car to our home, it looked like it came straight from a showroom. It was perfect. Highly recommended.
Just had my 2016 Range Rover returned to my home via flatbed delivery truck. It was absolutely perfect . It looked like it was being delivered by the factory . The repairs were executed perfectly as expected . JIM, SAM, and Micheal did a perfect job as they had done in the past on my other vehicles . I would highly recommend route 27 to everyone
My car was involved in a bad accident and was towed to this shop. The work that was done was amazing! Couldn't even tell car was in an accident! The staff was very helpful and even set everything up with my insurance company and put me in a rental. Would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone who needs bodywork done
Fixes cars good, but not sure any other place would do the same. Keeps cars for a very long time and communication is horrible!!!!!
Worst body shop I have ever dealt with by farrrr...going on 4 months now they have had my car for a repair that any other shop would have handled in under a month. Absolutely no communication from shop unless I constantly call them. Owner Sam keeps telling me "it'll be done this week". For 3 months now I've heard this. I wish I could give zero stars. Wouldn't recommend them to Osama Bin Laden. Amateur operation.
My son had a very bad accident and had his car repaired in a very timely fashion. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the owners and the staff. We would recommend Route 27 to anyone.
Has My car in the Shop For a over a month, tells you it'll be ready a certain then tells you another excuse for another week
