Shout out to the staff at 83 West Townhomes for taking care of all my maintenance issues in my unit. I called and spoke to Mia and she was able to get one of the maintenance workers out as soon as possible to resolve my issue. They were professional and diligent. Thank you Thank you!!!!
I have had such a great experience with 83 West helping me find a home at this community. Sandra was such a big help and helped me find the exact home I was looking for. She is amazing and I’m very appreciative of her.
I've lived here for two years and I absolutely love it. The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The amenities are fantastic, especially the pool. Most importantly, the management and maintenance teams are incredibly responsive and friendly. Any issue I've had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. This is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it.
I actually grew up here and moved back in with my two young sons for the school district and now they are able to ride their bikes and go swimming with their friends from school. The neighborhood is safe and the management throughout all of the departments have been amazing to us any time we need something!!
