This was by far the worst place I have ever lived. Our Air conditioner was old and rusty, hardly worked. We had to purchase whole room units to keep the upstairs cool. Maintenance claimed it was fine. Shower heads leaked. Gates to the dog park have been broken for months.They would schedule "inspections" and never show up.The neighborhood offered inadequate trash services, no dumpsters to be able to dispose of large items, for a while there was a trailer that was constantly overflowing with trash all over the ground around i... read more

We have recently renewed our lease n needed new carpet n flooring from being here for years! Krissy the property manager n Derek the supervisor in maintenance got it all done! Ty for these renovations that were much needed. So happy with the results 👍😁
