I was informed by one of the tenants here that they have bed bugs allegedly and they do not fix anything here when a request is place do not rent here it’s over priced
If I could give them a -0 I would they show me a upgraded apartment told me that it was available for my move-in date and when he came time to move in, they tried to give me a lease for a old apartment. Nothing updated and because I read the lease I caught it. The lady showed me videos of the old apartment and I declined. She told me I had to send an email to get my money back which I did, I spoke with the actual property manager. Do not rent here they false advertise they show you upgraded apartments and then try to make you get an old apartment for $2000. Then they steal your money do not rent here. Do not apply here. You will not get your money back.
The quality of these “townhomes” is less than subsidized housing. Please save yourselves and DO NOT move here!!!! Absolute trash and poor quality! I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I have had 3 major floods in my unit over the past year, work orders are not completed for months, and when u call no one ever calls u back. This has honestly been a recurring nightmare! After the second flood I asked to be moved to another unit and I was told that I would have to buy out my current lease and then reapply for another unit even ... read more
Best experience in looking for apartments ever! I worked with Chyann. She was so nice and welcoming! The entire office staff made me feel right at home. Makeea was really convincing in applying right away. I’m excited for my lease to be up soon so that I can apply!
