Went to go and look at the so called bachelor's apartment listed in Kijiji. Ad ID 1716025784. The place looks nothing like the picture. It's filthy, has dirty looking appliances. It's smaller than the picture makes it look. It's basically a kitchen and Bathroom but no room for a bed or anything else. It's more expensive than some of the other bachelor's apartment, yet those apt are in better condition. Sterling Karamar is absolutely the worst managing property company. Not only did they increase the rent every year, during my 3 years of living here, the quality of the building severely degraded over time. Please see the photos. Notice the cockroaches. They don’t care for their tenants or even their own staff. Within my residency they changed building super intendant 3 times. Police is called and active in this building frequently, had them wake me up multiple times. The building has no a/c and minimum heater. It can get su... read more
