816 FIT is by far the best gym in Lee’s Summit! Josh and his team of experienced personal trainers are there every step of the way to make sure and not only push you but help maintain proper form. The glasses are great for anyone whether you are new to fitness or an experienced athlete!
816Fit is a game changer! For being in my late 40's, I am in the best shape I've been in since my 20s. I'm stronger, leaner and toner and that's such a struggle when you get older. I love how I can walk in and no matter if I take a class or small training, Josh makes the workout fun and challenging. Josh also makes sure you're not slacking and your form is correct. Thank you 816Fit!!!
