Cynthia is the GREATEST eyelash artist on earth- not just in Florida. She is a true artist and master at her craft. I went to other eyelash extension businesses and no one compares to her work. My lashes stay perfect for several weeks. I always had to get them redone after ten days or so. Not after going to 813. They look gorgeous for such a substantial amount of time; which is cost effective. She has the best prices; too. Look no further- your search for the very best ends at 813. Trust me!!
