I have used 81 Inert Landfill for dumping yard waste for almost a decade. Things have always gone well until today, 9/1/23. The online hours indicate they close at 4pm. I arrived at 3pm and was told they closed 2pm because of the Labor Day holiday on Monday. I was there with my loaded puck-up truck which would have taken but a few minutes to unload.
