Revised 1-8-2026 So there have been some positive changes in maintainance...For two weeks we had no hot water...But on 12-7-2025, it was fixed...Must have been something that they had to outsource to get fixed...So although very inconvenient at the time...I cannot hold that against them...Just glad its good now.. My kitchen sink is now fixed, and working better than ever...I really appreciate it...Now the only thing thats left...Is the bathroom sink (video enclosed)...It's been over a year, and although its been looked at la... read more
809 State should be glad that they have Ms.Greer is the one we see, because she know how to treat people when they are in her office. She make you feel like you made it home welcome you with open arms Make sure you all keep her so more people want to live with you all. Thank You for making my visit great.
Two week later edited version (12-7-2025): I'll consider changing my rating, once they get the hot water back working...Along with the other things that needs to be fixed, but the hot water issue (or lack thereof) is at the forefront...Cause it's been almost a week...As a resident whose expected to pay every single month, or else...I REALLY don't appreciate having to boil my water... Very very bad experience it is so much Dope it's not a place for seniors at all
Mrs. Greer was a wonderful help very nice and showed us around and very knowledgeable about everything 809 State street has to offer
