Do not rent from them they have a predatory towing company working for them. You will get your car towed every chance they can get.
808 is my home away from home and I could not recommend it enough! I specifically chose these apartments because of how close it is to campus (5 min walk). The apartment itself is more modern and up to date with the appliances and furniture. It does come furnished. There’s a clubhouse that has a small but great gym, a coffee/study area, and the downstairs has a pool table and other assortment of games/tv. This is a great spot to hang out with friends. I recently moved into 808 Apartments. My experience so far has been good! The office staff has been helpful and nice. They have some nice features like being gated, a gym, a game/rec room, and a pool. My favorite amenities are free printing in the office and package pick up in the office, which can both be accessed at any time, including after office hours.
the staff here are so friendly and amazing. everyone is always so helpful when you have any questions. the location is great. the apartments and amenities are great! compared to a lot of the other apartment complexes in the area, it is so quiet and peaceful here. shout out to izabella in the leasing office, she is the sweetest ever and so helpful. (everyone else that works in the leasing office is too). thanks y’all for all you do !!
