My appointment with Carly was genuinely a positive experience. The stylists were friendly and caring. The salon itself was clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Traci was great! I had some concerns with my hair color and was honestly a little nervous going in, but she completely put me at ease. She took the time to really listen, understand what I wanted, and thoughtfully walk me through how she could fix and improve my color. YIKES $400+ for a terrible haircut and highlights. The salon was Wildly unprofessional — female staff were openly gossiping .. Awkward, trashy, and not even close to worth the price. Never again.
I’ve been going to Carly for a few years now. I get my hair highlighted and gray covered every 4-5 weeks. Not only is she excellent at what she does, she is a sweetheart. She takes pride in her work and if you’re not happy…. She will make it right until you are. I look like a million bucks when I walk out of her salon or at least my hair does!!!
Daniel and the team were awesome. I was in from out of town and didn’t know what to expect but this is one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had.
