Jason is patient and calm. He offered an array of helpful stretches, strengthening exercises, and advice on how to get back to my usual routines safely.
I worked with Jason for about 3 months to regain strength and mobility in my left shoulder after being diagnosed with “frozen shoulder.” Over the course of this time, my shoulder measurably improved and he provided me with plenty of exercises that I could do at home to enhance my progress. He was always friendly, courteous and professional.
I had a great experience with Jason. He knew exactly what to do with my healing process from an accident. Very dedicated to providing great service to anyone needing assistance with therapy. The place is small but you’ll get the wonderful service. Jason.
