Requested a quote for a kitchen sink repair he came and saw the work that needed to be done said he would send an estimate to the insurance company, they never received a quote from this business. I contacted him numerous times without any response via text. I called and he said he will send a quote and it was never sent after checking inbox and junk mail. Doesn't deliver what is requested or expected from a professional business.

Arranged for him to work on our roof in May 2016. It is now February 2020 and it's still not done. He gave many excuses until the end of October 2019 when he stopped answering my calls/texts.
